About Me.
My commitment to spreading awareness on the limitless nature of plant based ingredients started from a very young age. Pottering around the kitchen & keeping a watchful eye on my nan over the stove; I’ve had the privilege of cherry-picking my way through my Irish & Indian heritage, to be able to offer you platters of food so enriched with bold flavour, exciting textures & ladles of comfort, you’ll soon forget the need for animal products.

My recipes have been featured by Sainsbury's, BOSH, Pub in the Park, Vegan Food & Living & many more publications. I'm so proud to run an award-winning catering business, recently returning from Iceland as a private chef & feeding the likes: ASOS, Greenpeace, Adidas, Sony, Arsenal FC & the Bridgerton crew at Netflix.

My recent work includes partnering with Flora, Cauldron, Our Place, Sage & Breville for seasonal recipes. Amongst my daily cheffing jobs including catering for wellness retreats, film sets & hosting supper clubs, I'm the proud, newly appointed ambassador for 'The Vegan Society' & also enjoy recipe developing for my social channels which I would love to connect with you on!
