American Style Pancakes

Time:

25 minutes

Serves:

4-6 pancakes

Ingredients

300ml oat milk

250g self raising flour

40g caster sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

Butter to cook

Method

1] Whisk together all the ingredients until smooth

2] Heat a drizzle of oil on a hot griddle or non stick frying pan

3] Ladle batter on bit by bit to build a thick pancake

4] Allow to rise on low heat, when bubbles appear, flip the pancake gently

5] Repeat the process, stack on a plate & enjoy with syrup
