Basil Cream Cheese

Time:

10 minutes plus soaking time

Serves:

1 bowl/jar

Ingredients

300g cashews

12-15 basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon white miso paste

Sea salt & black pepper

Method

1] Soak cashews in hot water for a minimum of 45 minutes, the longer you leave the smoother your cheese will be

2] Drain & blend with remaining ingredients until desired consistency, you may prefer a nutty bite

3] Serve with an optional drizzle of oil, salt & pepper
