Ingredients
400g tins cannellini beans
300g silken tofu
200ml unsweetened oat milk
50g grated vegan cheese
2 large white onions
3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons vegan chicken or veg gravy granules
3 drops of vegan worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Optional crusty bread
Optional broccoli
Method
1] Peel & finely slice onions, sautè on low heat for 15 minutes until softened & caramelised 2] Add two tins of drained beans
3] Blend tofu, cheese, garlic, milk, gravy granules & worcestershire sauce until smooth
4] Pour sauce onto beans & stir well, simmer for 10-12 minutes further
5] Season with salt & pepper, top with optional veg & serve
