Ingredients
220g linguine
10-12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 red chilli
3 garlic cloves
Handful of black olives
Handful of flat leaf parsley
1 lemon for juice
Salt & pepper
Method
1] Bring a large pan of water to boil, add pasta & cook until al dente
2] When the pasta is nearly cooked, bring oil to heat in a large frying pan & sizzle the thinly sliced garlic, olives & chilli for 1 minute, be careful not to burn
3] Remove from heat, add drained pasta & stir well
4] Add squeezed lemon & finely chopped herbs, salt & pepper
