Ingredients
200g tempeh block
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon marmite
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon smooth peanut butter
Half a lime for juice

Method
1] Tear & crumble tempeh onto a baking tray
2] Whisk ingredients above to create marinade
3] Pour onto tempeh & toss to coat each chunk evenly
4] Roast for 25-30 minutes at 180c until tender, tossing half way
