White Chocolate Blondies

Time:

1 hour 45 minutes

Serves:

8 squares

Ingredients

300g vegan white chocolate

290g plain flour

250g unsalted vegan butter

100g caster sugar

100g light soft brown sugar

6 golden oreos

2 tablespoons plant milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

1] Whisk together melted butter, both sugars & vanilla

2] Fold in sifted flour, baking powder & stir gently

3] Add plant milk & combine

4] Chop chocolate roughly into chunks & add to your batter

5] Load into a lined/greased cake tin or baking tray

6] Stud with Oreos, cover with more batter

7] Bake in preheated oven at 190c for 25-30mins until crispy around the edges & on top

8] Remove & leave to cool for 1 hour minimum

9] Slice & keep chilled before enjoying
